Loughton Voluntary Care

Loughton Voluntary Care is delighted to announce that Janet Thomas, LVC coordinator since 2012, was awarded Loughton Town Council's citizenship award in March 2022. On presenting the award the Town Mayor Rose Brookes said that the community of Loughton, especially elderly people, have benefitted greatly from the activities Janet has helped to provide.

Cllr Brookes went on to say that Janet and Loughton Voluntary Care have been invaluable in the community, during the ongoing covid pandemic and especially during the early lockdowns.
