MEN'S GAMES GROUP
COFFEE TIME WALK
New for 2025, the Men's Games Group is a chance for men to meet new people with similar interests.
Every Friday morning between 10.30am and 12.30pm a group of gentlemen meet in Wesley's Cafe, Loughton Methodist Church, 260 High Road, Loughton IG10 1RB.
Volunteer David will give you a warm welcome. No need to book, no charge.
Pop into the cafe for a cuppa on Friday morning and see if you like the look of it.
Our new Coffee Time Walking group offers a gentle 45 minute weekly walk of about 3,000 steps in a friendly and supportive environment ending with tea or coffee.
Sometimes people lose confidence and the habit of going out unaccompanied. This may be due to physical illness and deterioration, a recent operation such as hip replacement, a fall or mental health issues.
Walking with buddies to provide reassurance and company may be the beginning of getting back out in the neighbourhood and the community, as well as the chance to meet new friends.
The group meets at the Loughton Methodist Church cafe each Monday at 10.30am sharp. No charge. No need to book.
